We build handmade dog crates that are not only beautiful additions to any room, but built with safety and durability at the forefront. We got tired of seeing ugly metal dog crates that stick out like a sore thumb and can harm our pets. We decided to make a more beautiful and durable option.
Our crates are hand built with our years of experience woodworking and welding. They are built to last with solid metal bars, a solid wood structure, and high quality hardware. The result is a stunning and safe place for your dog that adds to your home decor rather than detracts.

Where Craftsmanship Meets Dog Safety
Our journey began when our founder built a custom crate for his own nephew, Dillon. Dillon contacted us after seeing pictures of other handmade crates online. After viewing many photos of other handmade crates, it was quickly noticed that all of them have the same design flaw. Other crates are made with rebar metal (which is very flexible), or other round bars that are placed directly into wood holes in the framework. The first step was to design a crate that went away with this issue and focused more about dog safety and durability. Tom's peace of mind comes from proving the integrity of the high-tensile metal bars that he welded together for strength and precision. This isn't just about aesthetics; it's an unwavering commitment to your dog's well-being, ensuring they are secure within a structure built with the same dedication we demand for our own. After building a few crates for small to medium sized dogs, Tom made the decision to tackle a crate for a large breed dog. This may sound simple but certainly took a different idea of safety in mind. Together with his son Zach, they built a crate for their own dog, a very oversized bloodhound named Smokey.
After being in the industry for the past nine years, we have unfortunately found that many of our competitors save time and money by using cheaper metal for the bars on their crates. We find this unacceptable knowing that our dogs and yours could get caught in those bars by bending them out of place or breaking them altogether. For us, exceptional craftsmanship is and must be the bedrock of uncompromising dog safety. This allows for our crates to be suitable for dogs of all size and strength. Throughout the hundreds of handmade crates we have made thus far, we have came up with special designs for our hard plastic flooring, chew guards to protect from scratching and chewing, pillar crate design unlike any others on the market, and even our own handmade sliding door system.
